About me
I've been the student you are now.
I began with a degree in Language and Literature. That foundation helped me win first prize in the 2012 All-Ukrainian National Student Olympiad in Chinese Language, and reach the semi-finals of the 2014 CCTV "Chinese Bridge" conference in Beijing.
Those years taught me one vital lesson: language learning is a significant challenge, but it does not have to be an overwhelming one.
Becoming proficient in English, Ukrainian, Russian and Mandarin gave me a clear map of how different language families work. I use that map to give simple explanations that get straight to the point — and I understand the "brain fog" that hits when you try to speak a new language under pressure.
Whether you're a professional polishing your Business English or a parent looking for an engaging start for your child, my mission is the same: break through the psychological barriers so you can finally feel confident speaking English.

How we'll work together
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all lessons. We'll use a mix of proven methods to make sure the language actually stays with you.
Real-world conversation
We focus on topics you actually care about. You'll spend about 70% of our time talking, so you're an active participant rather than a passive listener.
Learning through doing
I use Project-Based Learning (PBL) and Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL). We work on real tasks — preparing for a meeting, discussing current events — so the language stays functional and relevant to your life.
Systematic grammar and writing
We handle grammar practically. You'll learn the logic behind the rules, which is what lets you use them naturally in both writing and speech.
Natural pronunciation
For those who want to move beyond "textbook" English, we work on rhythm and intonation. The goal is for you to sound like you — just in English.
Overcoming the language barrier
I specialise in helping students move past the fear of making mistakes. We create a safe environment where you can practise until the words come naturally.
Let's start with a conversation.
Tell me where you are with English and what you want to be able to do with it. We'll take it from there.
